Any cancellation or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50 % of the scheduled services.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hrs notice or no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to our team of professionals. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you give at least 48 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waitlist. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours will be subject to charges of 50% of scheduled service. Any no show, reschedule or cancellation less than 24 hours will result in 100% of scheduled service fees. If more than one "no show" is noted on your account, you will not be allowed to book without prepayment of service. Cancellations within 48hrs of services MUST be done via phone and approved by staff.  NO cancellations will be accepted over email, text or DM after the 48 hr window. 


RE-DO'S

Elysian Salon takes pride in all of our service providers, their work and their education. We always want you to be happy with your service. If you are not satisfied with your service, we must be notified within 7 days of appointment. Management will address your concerns with you and discuss a redo or other options of said service.  We will NOT issue refunds for service.


After 10 days, all services are final & there will be a charge for any change in service.


LATE ARRIVALS

Scheduled appointments have a 10 minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be late, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.


Returns/exchanges
Product may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for another item if slightly used. NO refunds.


Boutique items may be returned within 7 days WITH tags attached for a full refund. Boutique Items may be exchanged for a different item within 7 days WITH tags attached.



Children 
If you have a service scheduled with us, please make arrangements for your children to have care. Only children receiving services should be in the waiting area. We strive to make your visit a relaxing memorable experience and for each and every guest that joins us we want the same. If this policy is not respected and there would be a disruption to staff or clients for your appointment we will reschedule and there will be a fee of 50% of service.
